The Board of the Pension Protection Fund has established a new Framework of specialist firms to provide trustee and pre-insolvency services to pension schemes prior to, and during, the PPF Assessment Period. The contract will be for an initial term of two years with two optional one-year extensions to take the maximum possible term to four years (2+1+1). The estimate value of call-off contracts awarded via this framework's full potential four-year term is PS36,000,000 + VAT (PS43,200,000 inc. VAT).
Renewal: The Framework Agreements will be awarded for an initial period of two (2) years. The Framework Agreement may be extended on the same terms and conditions at the Board's option for a further period or periods not exceeding four (4) years in total (2+1+1).
