Notice Description
Hull City Council (the Authority) has appointed Wybone Limited for the supply of outdoor litter bins. The opportunity was advertised from ESPO Framework 615_25 - Street Furniture using a Direct award under Lot 3 - Outdoor Bins. The contract is anticipated to commence on 1st May 2027 ending on 30th April 2029. There will be an option to extend the contract for a period of up to 12-months. Any such extension will be at the discretion of the Authority and subject to satisfactory performance.
Lot Information
Lot 1 - Benches
Hull City Council (the Authority) has appointed Wybone Limited for the supply of outdoor litter bins. The opportunity was advertised from ESPO Framework 615_25 - Street Furniture using a Direct award under Lot 3 - Outdoor Bins. The contract is to commence on 1st May 2027 ending on 30th April 2029. There will be an option to extend the contract for a period of up to 12-months. Any such extension will be at the discretion of the Authority and subject to satisfactory performance. The Authority has estimated the value of the Goods to be PS125,000 per annum, PS250,000.00 for the initial duration of the contract excluding possible extension period. Additional information: There will be an option to extend the contract for a period of up to 12-months. The contract value is PS250,000.00 for the initial duration of the contract excluding possible extension period; the contract value including the possible extension period is PS375,000.

Lot 4 - Solar Compacting Smart BinsThe supply of solar compacting smart bins on a purchase basis.
Options: The framework agreement has the option to extend for up to a further 24 months. The total estimated values stated include the option period.
Lot 5 - Grit BinsThe supply of grit bins.
Options: The framework agreement has the option to extend for up to a further 24 months. The total estimated values stated include the option period.
Lot 6 - Shelters and CanopiesThe supply of a range of shelters and canopies for a variety of uses.
Options: The framework agreement has the option to extend for up to a further 24 months. The total estimated values stated include the option period.
Lot 7 - Cycle RacksThe supply of a range of cycle racks.
Options: The framework agreement has the option to extend for up to a further 24 months. The total estimated values stated include the option period.
Lot 8 - BollardsThe supply of a range of bollards.
Options: The framework agreement has the option to extend for up to a further 24 months. The total estimated values stated include the option period.
