    "description": "The Procurement Project relates to a contract for services that fall under Schedule 3 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (\"Regulations\"). The tender process for this contract will therefore be run in accordance with the Regulations that apply to Light-Touch Rules. Whilst the University is following a process similar to the open procedure under the Regulations, this is subject to the flexibility permitted under Part 2 Section 7 of the Regulations which apply to Light Touch procedures.
