Notice Description
Places for People Group wishes to establish a Framework Agreement for Repairs and Planned Works and Windows/Doors component replacements for a three (3) year term with the ability to extend the contract period by a further two (2) one (1) year periods at the Client's sole discretion. Experienced suppliers are invited to submit Tenders for the framework agreement, which will encompass Planned and Responsive Works and Services as defined by the CPV codes set out in the Contract Notice.

Repairs and Planned Works Region 1
Lot 1 - Repairs and Planned Works - Region 1; 1,849 properties in the DA, ME, CT and TN postcode regions.
Options: The Contracting Authority has the option to extend the framework agreement by a further period of 24 months in accordance with the terms set out in the framework agreement.
Repairs and Planned Works - Region 2Lot 2 - Repairs and Planned Works - Region 2; 5,139 properties in the MK, SG, LU, HP, OX, SL, RG and AL postcode regions.
Options: The Contracting Authority has the option to extend the framework agreement by a further period of 24 months in accordance with the terms set out in the framework agreement.
