Thriving Communities Framework
Notice Description
This procurement is concerned with creating a framework to support the delivery of Thriving Community development projects. External stakeholders and organisations will be sought to work alongside the council to co-design a programme of work across Stirling to support the Thriving Community vision. This framework will, primarily, provide support to communities in Stirling to help them address issues which are important to them, enabling them to build on the resources they have, such as knowledge, skills, ideas, experiences and material assets.

Seeking groups/organisations to engage with communities to widen and diversify participation view a view to communities having a more equitable role in decision making and relationship building.
Renewal: Option to extend by a further 12 months following initial two year period.
Co-Designing Services Within CommunitiesSeeking creative, dynamic and collaborative facilitators to support the co-design process with communities.
Renewal: An optional extension of 12 months may follow the end of the initial 24 month period
Place-Based Working/Design & Community Asset TransferSeeking support to work collaboratively with residents, working together with the best available resources to build a person centred, bottom-up approach to meet the unique needs of those living within Stirling communities.
Renewal: A 12 month extension may follow the initial 24 month period
