Notice Description
The outlined Service Specification is for the appointed Consultant to provide expert viability advice on a site-by-site basis to inform consideration of planning applications and appeals on small sites on behalf of London Borough of Richmond upon Thames (LBRuT).<br/><br/>The services shall also be performed on behalf of Wandsworth Borough Council when necessary. The Council will have access to this contract via an Access Deed.

Options: The contract is for 3 years with the option to extend for 2+2 years.
Renewal: The existing contract ends on the 30/04/2025. The new contract will commence on 01/05/2025.
