Lot Information

Lot 1

The transfer of commissioning responsibility for public health nursing services for 0-5 year-olds, from NHS England to Nottinghamshire County Council (the Council) in October 2015, brought together commissioning responsibility for all public health nursing services for 0-19 year-olds within Nottinghamshire and offered opportunities for integration. The integrated service will deliver: - Healthy Child Programme 0-5 years and 5-19 years (public health nursing) - Family Nurse Partnership Programme (FNP) - National Child Measurement Programme - Breastfeeding support - Promotion of public health and healthy lifestyle choices and brief intervention, making every contact count.
