Patient follow up to monitor /update observations The proposed pilot will cover the three CSH: Vantage Point House (East), Thanet house (West), and Ty Elwy (North), with two cars for North and West Wales to take account of the geography, thereby covering the whole of Wales. The service would be in place for 10 hours per day on Saturdays/Sundays and 8 hours on Bank holidays.",
