The initial contract term will be for 36 months with an option to extend for a further 24 months (2 periods of 12 months) for a potential total contract term of 5 years as stated in the ITT documents. Estimated contract spend is between PS600,000 and PS639,951.48 across the initial 3-year contract term and between PS600,000 and PS1,066,585.80 across the potential total 5-year contract term.
