Summary of the contracting process

Community Health Partnerships Limited (CHP) has established a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) aimed at sourcing business and management consultancy services to support its operations. The DPS covers various consultancy needs under twelve distinct categories, allowing CHP and authorised users to establish contracts with pre-approved suppliers as required. This procurement initiative, which commenced with a contract notice on 8 July 2024, utilises a restricted procedure and has undergone a competitive selection process in compliance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. The procurement is applicable across numerous regions in the UK, including UKC, UKD, UKE, UKF, UKG, UKH, UKI, UKJ, and UKK regions. The contract was awarded on 13 October 2024, with notable suppliers such as Turner & Townsend Consulting Limited, Akeso and Company Limited, and several others being chosen to participate in this DPS.

This tender presents a significant business growth opportunity for consultancy firms capable of delivering high-quality business and management consultancy services. Both large-scale firms and SMEs, particularly those with expertise in strategic partnering agreements and quick procurement processes, can thrive under this system. Participating in this DPS allows firms to engage with a broad public sector client base and secure multiple call-off contracts over time, without the need for continuous re-tendering. Such a setup is ideal for businesses seeking to expand their market reach within the public sector and leverage pre-established supply chains for enhanced operational efficiency.
