Notice Description
Stoke on Trent City Council wishes to commission a Framework for Targeted Aiming High Short Breaks Service for children and young people with a disability aged 0 - 18yrs, and their families in Stoke-on-Trent. This service will be managed by SoTCC who, through a series of Call off agreements, will engage, collaborate and work with organisations to deliver a broad range of short break activities meeting the needs of our families and their children/ young people.

Targeted group based short break activities for children and young people away from their families (Child/ Young People with SEND aged 0 - 17 i.e. up until their 18th birthday).
Lot 1: Targeted group based short break activities for children and young people away from their families (Child/ Young People with SEND aged 0 - 17 i.e. up until their 18th birthday).
Renewal: The contract will be for 12 months whereby this will be reopened for new bids and will be contracted for 36 months (1+3 year Contract)
