    "description": "This is a Provider SElection Regime (PSR) intention to awrad notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. The publication of this notice marks the start of the standstill period. Representations by providers must be made to the relevant authority by 26th November 2024. The contract has not yet formally been awarded; this notice services as an intention to award under the PSR. Representations can be made to lg.contractsteam@nhs.net The decision makers for this process have been: - Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer - Divisional Director for Operations Conflicts of interest identified among the evaluation panel: 0. When considering the key criteria the Trust has prioritised the following criteria: * integration, collaboration and service sustainability * improving access, reducing health inequalities and facilitating choice And then balance the following criteria equally in it's assessment: * quality and innovation * value * social value. The provider the Trust has identified as the Most Suitable Provider in the event that the Trust issues as subcontract for these services is due to the following rationale: 1. integration, collaboration and service sustainability * Active part of Bexley Wellbeing Partnership, comprising of 17 organisations. * Evidence of initiatives that have developed and deployed pathways which have reduced UTC attendances and avoided delays in patient care. * Demonstratable evidence of working locally within the Bexley Partnership to deliver integrated services * Enabled digitally to work collaboratively * Evidence of sustainable workforce sufficient to provide evidence of service sustainability. 2. improving access, reducing health inequalities and facilitating choice * Clear evidence of primary care services that are currently delivered to facilitate choice and access to all patient groups. * Working with local care networks to deliver bespoke services to target particular communities. Specific examples of where this has helped tackle health inequalities was clearly evident. 3. quality and innovation * Demonstrable experience in similar primary care settings * Experienced and suitably skilled leadership team * Currently deliver community same day service within PCN * Demonstrable experience of working across GP Federations in SEL. 4. value * Not for profit community interest group - whilst details on costs are limited until the SEL ICB publishes the financial envelope, evidence that surplus income is reinvested in community supported this criteria. 5. social value. * Evidence of working with voluntary sector and reinvesting surplus income in to local community.",

This would be a new service for the Trust, although the services are currently being commissioned by SEL ICB.
