    "description": "The value provided in Section II.1.5 is only an estimate. The Authority cannot guarantee to Suppliers any business through this DMP Agreement. The Authority expressly reserves the right (i) not to award any DMP Agreement as a result of the procurement process commenced by publication of this notice; and (ii) to make whatever changes it may see fit to the content and structure of the tendering competition; and in no circumstances will the customer be liable for any costs incurred by the Suppliers. The Authority may extend the duration of this DMP Agreement for any period or periods up to a maximum of 2 years (24 months) in total from the expiry of the Initial Dynamic Marketplace Period by giving the Supplier no less than three (3) months written notice. We consider that the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006 (\"TUPE\") may apply at the Call for Competition. It is the Suppliers responsibility to take your own advice and consider whether TUPE is likely to apply in the particular circumstances of the contract and to act accordingly. Please note that the original notice(s) for the RM6102 Apprenticeship Training DPS were published on Tenders Electronic Daily (TED) and Contracts Finder. As access to TED is no longer held this notice has been published on Find a Tender Service (FTS) for transparency. All relevant links can be found within the Contracts Finder notice. Please be aware the dates held within the contracts finder notice in respect of the 'Contract Start Date' and 'Contract End Date' have been revised to enable the opportunity to remain open on Contracts Finder. The 'Closing Date' input is correct and is a true reflection of the contract end date for RM6102 - Apprenticeship Training Dynamic Marketplace.",
