Summary of the contracting process

Jisc Services Limited (JSL), a membership organisation providing digital solutions for UK education and research, is currently in the planning stage for a procurement process titled "Dmarc Check Tools." This process falls under the industry category of security software packages (CPV: 48730000), with future notice expected on 25th March 2025. The location for this procurement is the United Kingdom, and it pertains to the market for Domain-based Message Authentication, Reporting, and Conformance (DMARC) check tools. Note that this is a Market Consultation Document and not a formal procurement exercise; JSL is not seeking tenders at this stage but aims to understand the market better.

This tender presents an opportunity for businesses focused on cybersecurity and email authentication solutions to showcase their capabilities and engage with JSL ahead of a potential future procurement. Vendors that can offer robust DMARC compliance tools featuring real-time threat detection, detailed reporting, and integration with other security tools may find this opportunity particularly beneficial. Companies that can demonstrate operational resilience, compliance with email security standards, and cost efficiency for JSL’s members would be well-suited to compete. Interested vendors should express their interest by emailing procurement@jisc.ac.uk, providing any relevant materials to help JSL understand their solution.
