The commissioning of the fully integrated subsystems shall be carried out by the UKAEA Operations team with support from the Systems Integrator and The Contractor. During inactive commissioning all operations will be tested, and the plant performance assessed under a wide range of expected operating conditions. The Contractor shall provide, People Rates for assisting with commissioning.",
