Choice Housing Ireland Limited wish to appoint a main contractor to undertake the new build construction of 20 no. new build CAT1 social housing units at Clonaver Drive, Belfast for the following mix of accommodation: * 14no 3 Person 2 Bed apartments * 2no 3 person 2 bed wheelchair apartments * 4no 2 person 1 bed apartments The scheme has been programmed to commence within the 2024/25 financial year and is included within the Social Housing Development Programme for this period.
