Notice Description
For Family Fund Trading (t/a Family Fund Business Services) to provide grant fulfilment and administration services, arranging for grant awarded goods to be delivered directly to Derbyshire residents, arranging for grant awarded payments and services to be made to Derbyshire residents. Family Fund Trading (t/a Family Fund Business Services) will be paid PS5,000 per annum to deliver and administer all grant fulfilment services, on a rolling contract. Estimated transactions per annum will be in excess of 2,027. Where an inflationary increase is required for operational costs, this will be caped to the Public Health grant increases. Family Fund Trading (t/a Family Fund Business Services) will arrange grant awarded goods and payments direct to Derbyshire residents estimated grant awarded value received directly to Derbyshire residents of an upper limit of PS950,000 per annum.

Procurement Information
The contract is being awarded without prior publication Under Reg 32 2 (b) (ii). There is only one economic operator that can deliver the requirements of the contract for technical and economic reasons. Family Fund Trading (t/a Family Fund Business Services) are the only economic provider who can arrange and deliver grant fulfilment services on behalf of local authorities, no other single provider can deliver the grant fulfilment services to Derbyshire residents for PS5,000 per annum, processing in excess of 2,027 transactions per annum.
