This project falls under the construction work industry category, with the main procurement category being works. The location for this project is Wallasey, situated in the UKD74 region. The procurement is currently in the planning stage, with a future notice expected on 30th April 2025. The aim is to engage with potential developers to develop the former North and South Annexe Buildings sites, totalling approximately 1.164 acres of cleared land fronting Brighton Street, following their demolition in June 2023.

This tender provides an excellent opportunity for businesses in the construction and real estate sectors to contribute to a significant regional regeneration initiative. The SMT exercise will help align project requirements with best practices and gather insights into various strategies, including delivery, commercial, contracting, funding, and investment. Businesses experienced in construction work for multi-dwelling buildings, building installation, and completion work will find this opportunity particularly relevant. Engaging in this preliminary market consultation can position firms favourably for future tendering processes, offering potential for substantial growth and regional development impact.
