To provide for Nottingham City Council:- -- planned maintenance, including remedial works; -- reactive maintenance; (365 Days plus Out of Hours) -- delivery of minor improvement works for: (i) air conditioning, (ii) air handling, (iii) air source heat pumps, (iv) chiller units, (v) kitchen fans and extraction, (vi) geothermal heat pump. (vii) axial fans
Renewal: Renewal after the term of up to four years.
