Northumbria Police are seeking to award a contract for Repairs & Maintenance of Heating Systems. The works to be conducted within this contract is to supply a responsive and planned repairs and maintenance service throughout Northumbria Police premises. Please also allow for all general plumbing repairs and upgrades to hot and cold-water supply pipes including all ancillary fittings as well as the repair and replacements of toilets, cisterns, sinks, taps, and urinals including waste pipes and the cleaning of localised blockages to the same up to their connection to mains drains as required. Please note blockages to main drains are excluded from this Contract.
Options: Subject to 3 x 12-month optional extensions
