Lot 1 - South - South Down Area
External cyclical maintenance works to NIHE properties in the South Down Area
Options: There is the option to extend for a further 6 months following the initial 12 month period
Renewal: A further competition for this type of work may be advertised in the near future.
Lot 2 - South - North Down and Ards AreaNIHE require Contractors to carry out External Cyclical Maintenance to properties through out Northern Ireland.
Options: There is the option to extend for a further 6 months following the initial 12 month period

Lot 3 - North - Mid, East and South Antrim AreaNIHE require Contractors to carry out External Cyclical Maintenance to properties through out Northern Ireland.
