Carry out the operation, inspection and fully inclusive and comprehensive maintenance of lifts, (including 24 hours emergency call out) for the 31 Passenger lifts, 4 Scissor lifts, 2 Manual Dumbwaiters, 1 Electrical Dumbwaiter, 2 Wheelchair lifts 1 Stair lift, 1 Goods lift and 1 disabled lifts.

Options: An initial contract term of three years with the option to extend by a further 12 months.
