This agreement is for the provision of Depot Track Maintenance Services. The Supplier will carry out weekly inspections and maintenance of the trackwork at East Ham and Shoeburyness Depots. Additional information: Tendered contract price is PS580,835.50, but estimated costs based on ad-hoc works and RPI increases is PS1,540,785.00.
Options: 5-year contract with the option to extend for a further x 2 1 year periods.
Procurement Information
Under Regulation 44, Utilities are required to make a 'prior call for competition' in restricted procedures (Regulation 44(3)) and this can be made by way of periodic indicative notice, notice on the existence of a qualification system (e.g. the RISQS notice on c2c's website) or a contract notice. Therefore, where a party uses a compliant notice on the existence of a qualification system, there is no need to also issue a contract notice.
