HS1 LIMITED (trading as London St. Pancras Highspeed) is seeking to invite suitable service providers ("Tenderers") to participate in a tender exercise for the procurement of Legal Services ("the Services"). The call for competition is via this PQQ followed by an ITT (for qualifying Tenderers). The indicative timetable for the procurement is given in the attached pdf (see Table 1 on page 7).
