Insurance requirements for the contracting authority

Insurance services for the contracting authority for the following risks: property damage, business interruption, money, all risks, computer, contract works and fidelity guarantee.
Renewal: The contracting authority will consider entering into Long term agreements with the bidder and/or the risk carriers proposed by the bidder, for 3 years (or 3 periods of insurance), with the option to extend the award period by up to 2 further years (or 2 periods of insurance), subject to satisfactory service, performance and cost
Residential LeaseholdInsurance services for the contracting authority for the following risks: property damage and property owners liability.
Renewal: The contracting authority will consider entering into Long term agreements with the bidder and/or the risk carriers proposed by the bidder, for 3 years (or 3 periods of insurance), with the option to extend the award period by up to 2 further years (or 2 periods of insurance), subject to satisfactory service, performance and cost
Casualty and Related CoversInsurance services for the contracting authority for the following risks: employers, public, products and pollution liabilities, officials indemnity (including land charges, libel/slander & public health act) and Professional indemnity.
Renewal: The contracting authority will consider entering into Long term agreements with the bidder and/or the risk carriers proposed by the bidder, for 3 years (or 3 periods of insurance), with the option to extend the award period by up to 2 further years (or 2 periods of insurance), subject to satisfactory service, performance and cost
MotorInsurance services for the contracting authority for the following risks: comprehensive cover for private & commercial motor vehicles including special types and third party liability.
Renewal: The contracting authority will consider entering into Long term agreements with the bidder and/or the risk carriers proposed by the bidder, for 3 years (or 3 periods of insurance), with the option to extend the award period by up to 2 further years (or 2 periods of insurance), subject to satisfactory service, performance and cost

Personal AccidentInsurance services for the contracting authority for the following risks: personal accident to employees, members and volunteers
