Poole Museum has undergone a PS10 million transformation, enhancing its visitor experience, cultural offerings, and commercial performance. The redevelopment includes the conservation and refurbishment of three historic buildings: Oakley's Mill, the Town Cellars, and Scaplen's Court and Garden.
