Notice Title

IT Services Provisioning

Notice Description

Cambridge University Hospitals (CUH) is committed to leveraging technology to enhance patient care, drive operational efficiency, and ensure compliance with NHS and regulatory standards. Digital capabilities will be a key enabler for the Trust's two new hospitals, the Cambridge Cancer Research Hospital (CCRH) and Cambridge Children's Hospital (CCH). As part of its digital transformation, CUH is reviewing its long-term technology and application strategy to ensure its digital services remain sustainable, scalable, and aligned with evolving healthcare and organisational needs. To support this, the Trust is conducting Preliminary Market Engagement (PME) to evaluate its future approach to IT services and digital infrastructure, ensuring value for money, operational resilience, and future growth. The objective of the PME is to engage the market to help shape the procurement in alignment with the market capabilities, provide perspectives on CUH proposed target states (e.g., bundling of services) and collecting deeper knowledge of innovative solutions. Interested suppliers should contact cuh.tenders1@nhs.net in order to receive a copy of the Request for Further Information and further instructions on participating in this Preliminary Market Engagement.
