To support Leeds Building Services Water Management Team in delivering Legionella services on behalf of Leeds City Council This contract will be to undertake Control and Monitoring visits for Leeds City Council properties, checking water systems for correct temperatures and sentinel outlets, cyclical visits to Cold Water Storage Tanks and shower cleaning Legionella Risk Assessment for Leeds City Council properties Sampling for Legionella bacteria where required.

Options: Contract to be utilized as a call off dependant on work volume - this tender is on a No Work Guaranteed basis and no commitment can be given to the initial and future value of any work arising from this Tender.

Renewal: Contract initially looking to be set up for a period of two years, if contract value has not been utilized we will look to extend for a further 12 months. This is dependant on works.
