Notice Description
Eating disorders in adolescents often coexist with other mental health challenges, making treatment complex and multifaceted. Traditional therapeutic approaches can be complemented by music therapy, which has shown efficacy in addressing emotional and psychological aspects of eating disorders. This program allows us to evaluate outcomes that provide Music therapy to be a creative outlet for expression that was able to successfully support our young people to; articulate feelings and experiences, improved emotional regulation, enhanced wellbeing and mood, provided meaningful occupation, improved relationships, enhanced confidence and social integration
