Supply and Installation of Replacement Windows and Doors and Cyclical Decorations (2025)
Notice Description
Curo wish to engage with the market to help inform its requirements for a future programme for the supply and installation of replacement UPVC and aluminium windows and balcony doors and associated works across a number of its sites in Bath. There is also a requirement for a programme of cyclical decorations to potentially be carried out concurrently at the same sites. These works are required to ensure the continued maintenance and upkeep of our property stock and for us to ensure that we achieve our obligations as a social housing provider.
Planning Information
Curo are conducting preliminary market engagement and are inviting contractors to complete a 'Request for Information' (RFI) questionnaire which is available through the Curo supplier portal 'InTend'. https://in-tendhost.co.uk/curo/aspx/Home Suppliers will need to register their organisation on the portal and once registered will need to select the 'Tenders' tab and view current tenders to find the project. RFI submissions must be made via the Intend portal. Contractors must submit their answers directly into the questionnaire in the In-tend portal by the submission deadline.
