Summary of the contracting process

PROCURE PLUS HOLDINGS LIMITED, a public authority sub-central government organisation located in Old Trafford, United Kingdom, is initiating a market engagement exercise for the procurement of E-Tendering and E-Procurement Software. This exercise is in the planning stage with an engagement milestone scheduled for 1st April 2026. SMEs are encouraged to apply, as they are deemed suitable for this contract, potentially extending until March 2031.
