Suffolk County Council wishes to conduct market engagement prior to a procurement exercise for the provision of a scheduling, monitoring and reporting software platform for the in house reablement service Home First. The software will need to link with a mobile app to allow support workers access to schedules whilst working remotely in the community.

Suffolk County Council (SCC) wishes to engage with suppliers on a 1:1 basis and to view a system demonstration. The purpose of the demonstrations is to allow SCC to understand the system functionality available in the market. Suppliers that would like to participate in the market engagement should contact the email address detailed in the notice and SCC will arrange a timeslot for the system demonstrations to take place over MS Teams. We ask that suppliers make contact by 5pm on 23rd April 2025 to allow the timeslots to be arranged.
