Redacted Framework Agreement - Please note that the Framework Agreement associated with this notice has been redacted prior to publication. The supplier's tender submission contains commercially sensitive information and there is an overriding public interest in it being withheld from publication. In accordance with the transparency provisions of Section 94 (1)(B) of the Procurement Act 2023, and following a public interest test, it has been determined that disclosure of this information would be inappropriate. This decision reflects the nature of the Open Framework. When re-opening in year 3, framework providers may be appointed based on their original submission or will have the option to submit a new tender, and new providers may submit to join the Open Framework under substantially the same award criteria. Consequently, disclosure of the original tender submission could compromise the integrity and fairness of future procurement processes.
