Notice Description

Estates Auctioneering Services Leicester City Council will shortly be inviting tenders from suitably qualified Suppliers to manage and undertake auctioneering services for the disposal of assets on behalf of the Authority. The Contract shall be for two years with options to extend for a period or periods totalling no more than a further three years. Please note this PME Notice is not a call for competition but is to notify the market of an impending procurement opportunity in order to be transparent. No input is required from potential Suppliers. In preparation for the imminent opportunity, Suppliers will be required to register on the Central Digital Platform (a Find a Tender service). To assist prospective Suppliers, Cabinet Office have published video guides with accompanying PDF user manuals which will help Suppliers understand and navigate the platform, including how to register, upload organisational information and search and bid for opportunities. Previous communication has been undertaken with the following party: 1) Expression of Interest issued to suppliers under ESPO Framework 2700 Estates Management Professional Services "Lot 2 Commercial and Agricultural Agency: Lot 2A Commercial Agency" to determine whether they could provide the above services in order to determine if further competition under this Framework would be worthwhile. It was decided not to pursue further competition under this Framework. No input was sought and none was received from the Suppliers in the above Framework with regard to the specification within the forthcoming Tender.
