It lies on the southern edge of the town centre and enjoys direct connection with the M55 motorway via Central Corridor. The appointed consultancy team will be required to lead on the marketing of the site and supporting the Council in identifying the most appropriate use for the site and securing appropriate high quality investor/developer interests.
