Temporary Accommodation Initiative
Notice Description
East Suffolk Council is seeking to commission suppliers with suitable and affordable self-contained nightly let temporary accommodation within the East Suffolk area for households presenting as homeless and where the Council owns them a legal duty under Act. This contract is divided into Lots as shown in additional relevant information box and suppliers are welcome to tender for one or more lots. There is no limit to the number of Lots to be awarded to a supplier.

6 x single rooms single in North District person occupancy maximum price per night PS52.00
Renewal: The contract period will be between 1st July 2025 to 30th June 2026 with additional optional extensions until 30th June 2029 (1-year contract, with an option to extend annually for 12 months at a time for an additional 3 years 1+1+1+1).
L0T 24 x double rooms 1-3 person occupancy(double/twin beds + cot if needed) Maximum price per night PS66.00
Renewal: The contract period will be between 1st July 2025 to 30th June 2026 with additional optional extensions until 30th June 2029 (1-year contract, with an option to extend annually for 12 months at a time for an additional 3 years 1+1+1+1).
