City of York Council have a Preliminary Market Engagement Opportunity for a new housing scheme in the city, Willow House. PLEASE NOTE: This is the first of two market engagement notices that will be published for this scheme. This first notice is targeted towards the Timber Frame aspect of the housing scheme. A second Preliminary Market Engagement Notice will be published which will target the construction contractor market for this scheme. The Preliminary Market Engagement document containing further information, detail and market engagement questions can be found via YORtender (https://yortender.eu-supply.com/login.asp?B=YORTENDER) with the reference number 99413. The submission deadline for the premarket engagement is Monday 9th June 2025 at 12pm.
