Associate Traininers Dynamic Purchasing System for Ayrshire College
Notice Description
Ayrshire College Business Development Team deliver is looking to establish a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) split into a number of Categories (lots) for the delivery of commercial training courses to external clients. Trainers are expected to have relevant qualifications to deliver the courses they bid for. There is no intention to limit the number of service providers on the DPS. All service providers that meet the selection criteria and are not excluded will be admitted to the DPS. The DPS will remain open to new applicants during it's period of validity.
Lot Information
Digital and IT Skills Courses
Lot 2 is for training courses such as (but not limited to) Microsoft Office 365 and apps courses, Microsoft Excel and Word Basic to Advanced levels, Data interpretation, Infographics, Digital marketing, Graphic Design. Additional information: This procurement will be run as a Dynamic Purchasing System, which will remain open to new entrants for the full term. All future opportunities will be issued as fully electronic mini-competitions within the Lots on the DPS.
Health, Safety & First AidLot 3 is for training courses such as (but not limited to) Emergency First Aid (SQA unit), First Aid at Work, Manual Handling (Scottish Manual Handling Passport Scheme), REHIS Elementary Health and Safety. Additional information: This procurement will be run as a Dynamic Purchasing System, which will remain open to new entrants for the full term. All future opportunities will be issued as fully electronic mini-competitions within the Lots on the DPS.
HospitalityLot 4 is for courses such as ( but not limited to)REHIS Elementary Food Hygiene. REHIS Intermediate Food Hygiene, BIIAB Personal Licence holder and Refresher courses, WorldHost. Additional information: This procurement will be run as a Dynamic Purchasing System, which will remain open to new entrants for the full term. All future opportunities will be issued as fully electronic mini-competitions within the Lots on the DPS.
ManagementLot 5 is for courses such as (but not limited to) Introduction to Project Management, Management Development programme, Managing and Understanding Organisational Change, Motivation and team building, Business improvement using Process mapping and MS Visio, Leadership development programme for Non-Managers. Additional information: This procurement will be run as a Dynamic Purchasing System, which will remain open to new entrants for the full term. All future opportunities will be issued as fully electronic mini-competitions within the Lots on the DPS.
People DevelopmentLot 6 is for courses such as (but not limited to) Negotiation skills, Time Management, Communication skills, Effective meetings, Customer service, Customer complaint handling, Resilience. Additional information: This procurement will be run as a Dynamic Purchasing System, which will remain open to new entrants for the full term. All future opportunities will be issued as fully electronic mini-competitions within the Lots on the DPS.
EngineeringLot 7 is for courses such as (but not limited to) Welding - qualified trade, NC/HNC in fab weld, TWI approvals for coded welding/ commercial. Additional information: This procurement will be run as a Dynamic Purchasing System, which will remain open to new entrants for the full term. All future opportunities will be issued as fully electronic mini-competitions within the Lots on the DPS.
Health, Wellbeing and CareLot 8 is for courses such as (but not limited to) Scottish Mental Health First Aid, Mental Health and Wellbeing (SCQF Level 4, SQA Unit), Mental Health and Wellbeing (SCQF Level 5, SQA Unit). Additional information: This procurement will be run as a Dynamic Purchasing System, which will remain open to new entrants for the full term. All future opportunities will be issued as fully electronic mini-competitions within the Lots on the DPS.
Internal VerifiersLot 9 is for internal verifiers for courses/qualifications such as (but not limited to) ILM/CMI, Emergency First Aid, Mental Health and Wellbeing (SQA units). Additional information: This procurement will be run as a Dynamic Purchasing System, which will remain open to new entrants for the full term. All future opportunities will be issued to all providers on the DPS as fully electronic mini-competitions within the Lots on the DPS.
Accredited CoursesLot 1 is for training courses such as (but not limited to) ILM SCQF level 6 Award in Leadership and Management, CMI Leadership and Management to SCQF level 7. Additional information: This procurement will be run as a Dynamic Purchasing System, which will remain open to new entrants for the full term. All future opportunities will be issued as fully electronic mini-competitions within the Lots on the DPS.
