This is not a new contract opportunity, but rather a VEAT notice to inform the market that the ICO are seeking to extend their existing contract for Quantity Surveying & Project Manager services with Currie and Brown UK Ltd which was originally awarded in July 2023 and is due to expire on 27 July 2026. The extension period will be for a minimum of one year (terminating on 27 July 2027)
Procurement Information
This VEAT notice relates to a modification to the contract originally awarded in 1995 following a competitive award process. The ICO considers that the modification is permitted by Regulation 72(1)(e) of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 as a modification which is not substantial. The proposed extension of the contract is based otherwise on substantively the existing terms and conditions and does not render the contract materially different in character, change the economic balance of the contract or considerably extend its scope
