Notice Description

NHS South West London Integrated Care Board (ICB) is using the NHS South West ICB Framework Agreement for the Provision of Primary Care at Scale Services to award a contract based on a framework without competition for the provision of primary care services to support the Royal Hospital for Neuro-disability (RHND) Contract via Lot 6 - Wandsworth Special Groups - Care Home Support.

The Service to which this procurement relates falls within the scope of Schedule 1 of the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. This notice is confirmation of a contract award having been made on a framework agreement and without a competition. The services to be provided are for the provision of primary care services to support the Royal Hospital for Neuro-disability (RHND) Contract. The proposed lifetime value of the contract is PS383,977.50 the contract under the Framework call-off terms and conditions is intended to be a three year contract with a two year extension option, commencing 1 April 2025. The contract value for the three year contract is PS230,386.50 with a total contract value of PS383,977.50 (with the two year extension). This is an existing service and the contract is to be awarded to an existing provider.
