Clinical and Non Clinical Temporary and Permanent Staffing
Notice Description
This framework is for the provision of clinical and non-clinical temporary, fixed term, and permanent staff for all the public sector, including but not limited to Health Sector, Emergency Services, Central Government, Local and Regional Government, Education, Infrastructure, and Third Sector organisations. This framework covers a wide spectrum of worker specialisms, including, but not limited to: * nursing and midwifery roles * medical and dental roles * allied health professionals * health science services * emergency services personnel * social care staffing * administration and secretarial roles * finance, accounts and audit roles * IT technicians, analysts and technical engineer specialist, digital workers * legal secretaries, paralegals and lawyers . environmental and scientific roles, for example: EA and senior assistant scientists, technical and clinical coders including health records secretaries * caterers, drivers and security * estates and maintenance roles including general labour and specialist labour such as, electricians and surveyor This agreement consolidates two existing frameworks RM6281 Clinical and Healthcare Staffing, and RM6277 Non Clinical Staffing.

Framework Prices will be used as the basis for the Charges (and are maximums that the Supplier may charge) under each Call-Off Contract. For Lots 1-9, hourly supplier fees are by worker pay band/grade. For Lot 10, supplier fees are a percentage of the worker pay based on salary range. For Lots 11 and 12, hourly supplier fees are for neutral/master vendor fees and also worker pay band/grade. Refer to Framework Schedule 7 for details of the Call-Off award procedures including: Award without Competition via the following mechanisms: Lowest supplier fee (Lots 1-10); First capable supplier response (Lots 1-4); Lowest supplier fee total (Lots 11 and 12); and Highest weighted score (Lots 11 and 12). Competitive Selection Process including: Single stage competitive selection process; Two stage competitive selection process; and Multi stage competitive selection process. Depending on the Lot, Buyers may downselect based on the following criteria to identify capable suppliers, as set out in Framework Schedule 7: Framework Lot; Worker specialism; Payband; Region; and/or Specialism matrix."
