Notice Description

In its capacity as Lead Tenant for organisations based in Equality House and the NI Human Rights Commission, ECNI requires a contract for the provision of IT Support Services. The Contract will be for an Implementation period of up to 8 weeks, followed by an Initial period of 3 years with the option to extend for two further periods of up to 24 months each.

Renewal: Following contract award there will be an implementation period of approximately 8 weeks prior to commencement of the Initial Term. Optional extension periods will be subject to review and satisfactory performance assessment by the Contracting Authority.

Prospective Suppliers were invited to participate in a Pre-Market Engagement activity via eTendersNI on 20/11/2024. The closing date for Clarifications was 02/12/2024, and the deadline for receipt of responses to the Engagement activity was 06/12/2024. A PME Questionnaire was published, giving Suppliers an overview of an upcoming tender opportunity for IT Support Services for Equality House and its ALBs. The Questionnaire sought prospective Tenderer's responses on various aspects of the upcoming tender opportunity, including Pricing Model, current network infrastructure, project timescales, IPR, IT Security requirements, Incident Response Targets and Social Value. No further engagement was undertaken following receipt of Supplier responses to the Questionnaire, other than through requesting feedback from any Suppliers who declared an interest in the questionnaire but did not provide a response.
