THIS PPN HAS BEEN POSTED ON BEHALF OF SOUTH CROFTY LIMITED AS THE ORGANISATION HAS BEEN PROVISIONALLY AWARDED A GRANT BY CORNWALLCOUNCIL THAT REQUIRES THEM TO UNDERTAKE A FORMAL TENDER PROCESS. Notice Description
Works: The Construction of a new workshop with associated office/changing facilities at the Bartles Foundry site at South Crofty Mine, Pool, Cornwall, TR15 3QT. Scope of Work: Construction of a steel framed workshop of circa 2,500m2 with Northlight roof structure and composite cladding panels to external walls and roof. Including a single storey welfare area comprising changing facilities, offices, ablutions canteen with plantroom above. External works comprising tarmacadam parking area, concrete laydown area and planting/landscaping. Surface and foul water drainage including attenuation tanks and off-site connections. Services connections from on-site supplies.
