Planning Information

The engagement session will consist of a Microsoft Teams presentation delivered by DMBC's Operational & Procurement Teams between 10:00 AM and 12:00 Noon on 8th May 2025 and interested Contractors. The format will provide an overview of the contract delivery, works profiles, the tender process and timescales. Bidders will be provided with an opportunity to ask pre-registered questions. Pre-registration will be required on Intend Portal https://in-tendhost.co.uk/blackcountryportal/aspx/Home Please complete the questionnaire to pre register for the presentation and detail any questions which will require a response at the session no later than Friday 2nd May 2025. The PME session will be recorded and made available to those unable to attend. Participation or non-participation in the pre-procurement market engagement process shall not prevent any supplier participating in a potential future procurement, nor is it intended that any information supplied as part of the pre-procurement process shall place any supplier at an advantage in a potential procurement process. Participation in the pre-procurement market engagement procurement process will be at each supplier's own cost. No expense in responding to this process will be reimbursed by the Council. ***This is not a call for competition.***
