AFBI have a requirement for an Electronic Quality Management System (eQMS). The contract will be for a duration of five years with no options to extend.

This Direct Award to maintain business critical function is justified on the grounds set out under paragraph 5 of Schedule 5 of Procurement Act 2023 where the following conditions are met in relation to the public contract- (a)due to an absence of competition for technical reasons, only a particular supplier can supply the goods, services or works required, and (b)there are no reasonable alternatives to those goods, services or works.
