Notice Description
This project will deliver 45 new affordable council homes for those households on the council's housing waiting list. It will have a positive impact providing additional homes for those households not able to access market housing as well as those in temporary accommodation.
Planning Information
Leicester City Council (‘the Council”) would like to seek views and engagement from the market in relation to this provision. This project will deliver 45 new affordable council homes at Lanesborough Road (37 units) and Austin Rise (8 units), under the JCT Design & Build Contract.
