Notice Description

Warwickshire County Council is looking to procure live streaming of its committee and council meetings. The tender will relate to a contract for the supply of audio-visual equipment, support and maintenance, and associated services including webcasting. This mainly relates to the Council's two current hybrid meeting spaces. The Council wishes to understand more about the types of equipment and services available that will provide a reliable solution to our webcasting and hybrid meeting needs.

Planning Information

We welcome interested suppliers to complete the Questionnaire that has been published via our e-procurement portal (CSW-jets). CSW-Jets Reference: WCC - 22384 . The Council would be grateful if you could complete the questions in the market testing document and respond by 23rd May 2025 at 12 Noon. You should submit your completed responses by uploading via CSW Jets.
