School Pitched Roof Replacement Scheme
Notice Description
Havering Council are responsible for maintaining school buildings therefore an approved budget has been set aside from the LA School Condition Allocations (SCA) 2025/26. A number of roofs at Squirrels Junior School and a roof at Rainham Village have been confirmed as being beyond their service life via a condition survey and require replacement. They are to be replaced at the next opportunity being the summer of 2025. Contract Amount PS293,801.97
