Genomics England has appointed a supplier to provide digital technology services to support, maintain, and develop its Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform (Dynamics), which is currently used as a customer relationship management solution by the Engaging Research Scientists Service and the Generation Study. Genomics England uses Dynamics to onboard researchers for access to our Research Environment for holding details of research projects and as a user database and for participant communication in the Generation Study.

Options: There is an optional extension period of 12 months.
