Notice Description

Hillingdon Council intends to initiate an Open competition for a new Multi- Lot Window & Door Replacement Programme to on board multiple contractors across three Lot Areas; North, Central and South of Hillingdon Borough, to complete the Window & Door Replacement programme from 2025/26 onward. The contract will be for 3 years with the option to extend for a further 2, making a maximum of 5 years. Works will be issued in phased packages within the relevant Lot/Area. (subject to budget release). Planned Form of contract: JCT MTC.

Lot 1 - North Area

Lot 1 - Area North postcodes: UB9, HA6, HA5 The London Borough of Hillingdon (the Council) invites tenders from suitably qualified and experienced Works Contractors in relation to entering into an agreement to provide window and door installation works within a geographical area.

Renewal: The contract will be for 3 years with the option to extend for a further 2, making a maximum of 5 years, subject to contractor performance and requirements of the Council.

Lot 2 - Area Central
